The viral marketing magic

Giorgio Bruni, a video and film-maker and a member of the Messers group, told me the amazing story behind these Aldi adverts and I fell in love with them. Obviously, I’m the only fan as they’ve become viral within a few days and the director MJ Delaney has been nominated for the best advertising director in Cannes festival.

This one is my favorite, although the others are worth watching.

NO LOGO = my bible

I’ve been researching on the issue of branding for the past year and I must admit that Naomi Klein’s book NO LOGO has been my bible. Although it was published 11 years ago I think it remains to be the broadest and most inspiring critique on the world of branding.
